Anna Octaviano
A graduate of Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila, Chef Anna extensively trained under several of the country’s best Chef’s, including the legend, Master Pâtissier and the Ambassador du Pain, Chef Dan Basilio. With her mentors recognizing raw talent, her skills were natural and honed with close progressive guidance throughout her days as an auspicious student. Emerging as one of the most promising, with significant exposure in both local and international culinary and baking and pastry competitions, including the prestigious Food Hotel Asia Singapore, Chef Anna Octaviano is a multi-award winning Chef that specializes in the intricate arts of Baking and Pastry.
Based in the Queen City of the South – Cebu City, Chef Ana’s passion for her craft is harnessed through her high levels of creativity and Avant Garde approach, whilst still preserving traditional, age-old, classical techniques as foundations. Chef Ana is currently the Corporate Technical Chef of food service distribution and importation giant Global Pacific Distribution Network Corporation, utilizing her creative strength in focused research and development for breads, cakes and pastries.
