In-depth and extremely detailed, these courses cover the full spectrum of fundamental, Intermediate and advance level academic training modules and are intended for serious learners wanting to pursue a focused professional career track in the culinary industry.

Our Diploma Course features an extensive European curriculum with unique subjects like Palate Development and Taste Perception, Flavor Profiling, The Art of Charcuterie, Wine Appreciation, Food and Wine Pairing, Restaurant Simulations (On-Site and Off-Site) and the likes, which are NOT found in similar culinary Diploma programs offered in the Philippines. While other culinary Diploma programs offer these subjects as costly electives, we have them Imbedded in our curriculum with no additional cost.

Certificate courses are designed to cover the fundamental aspects of culinary and baking & pastry arts. These courses are built upon the principle that basic theories and skills must be learned prior to more complex ones. Hence, our curriculum adapts a systematic progression of topics. Certificate courses are intended for a broad range of learners wanting to pursue career, entrepreneurial and/or personal development tracks.

  2. Learn over 120+ master recipes covering an array of various international cuisines, with majority focusing on French cuisine.
