Timothy Ray Faller
A BS Degree Major in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations graduate of Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila and having the rare opportunity to have attended and completed training courses by no less than multi-award winning, renowned Pastry Chefs Peachy Juban and the living legend Ewald Notter, Chef Timmy is without a doubt a Pastry Chef at heart. In his early years as a practicing professional, he actively and eagerly participated in numerous local and international culinary competitions including the prestigious Food Hotel Asia Singapore, winning gold and silver medals with humble appreciation.
Now with a decade of professional experience under his belt, with noteworthy stints at the Marriot and Marco Polo Hotels as Chef de Partie and Pastry Artist, this multi-award winning Chefs’ strength is centered on his notable talent in plated desserts, chocolate and sugar works and the art of bread showpieces. Chef Timmy is currently the Corporate Technical Chef of food service distribution and importation giant Global Pacific Distribution Network Corporation and Special Lecturer and Instructor at the Lyceum Culinary Institute in Manila.
