With almost 4 decades of experience in baking and pastry, Chef Ermo Consista is without a doubt a seasoned Masterbaker with immense knowledge and skill in bread making. Starting his career in the mid 80’s as an assistant baker and working his way up to Chief Baker of a renowned global donut chain, he then moved on to securing notable key positions in the industry, mastering the science behind baking and pastry arts. He was the Technical Training Head of Actron Industries, a food solutions giant and Chef Instructor of the Center for Asian Culinary Studies. He has also attended countless of professional Baking & Pastry courses including certificate programs from the famed Callebaut Chocolate Academy Singapore, Puratos in Belgium and an International certification as a Certified ServSafe Practitioner.

Chef Ermo is currently a Faculty/Chef Instructor at United Marine Training Center. His specialization is in the research and development of breads and bread products.
