Growing up in a Spanish family surrounded by authentic Spanish cuisine prepared by her mother and abuelita, Chef Tania Montenegro honed her culinary skills at an early age and nurtured her talent over 3 decades gaining local and international exposure and professional experience including a stint at the posh Richmonde Country Club in California. Chef Tania has always found comfort in cooking for family, friends and guests and cherishes every moment spent in pouring love and care into each dish she prepares and cooks.
With her constant deep desire and passion to showcase her gastronomic prowess and now recognized as the newest restaurant gem in the south of Metro Manila, Chef Patron Tania Montenegro’s Cocina Estefania is a beautiful 60-seater Spanish Restaurante that boasts traditional, home cooked Spanish and Filipino cuisines in a cozy atmosphere that is reminiscent of the warmth and comfort of Spanish homes.
