    Finally my craving is over ! Found this course so easy to do  and yet the taste makes you go back to the times when you used to buy this from the plaza of Vigan ,Ilocos .  Cooking the longganisa itself gives a nice smell in the kitchen ! This is perfect taste for me ! Thank you Chef Gab!

    Very easy to follow Chef Gabby's recipeand procedure. The empanada taste really good specially when freshly cooked. Even the Longanisa is easy to prepare and very delicious.
